The program aimed to provide children in Kandy with access to quality educational resources without relying on internet connectivity. The program focused on enhancing children's learning experience by utilizing offline teaching materials and promoting active engagement among children. IFERB was implemented at the Child Development Center in Kandy, which served as the primary site for delivering the program. To overcome the limitations of internet connectivity, the program utilized a manual method for delivering educational materials. Teachers re-wrote the given teaching materials on kids' books, ensuring that the content was customized to the needs and abilities of each child. This approach promoted hands-on learning, encouraged active participation, and allowed for personalized instruction based on individual learning styles.
