Players in teams will kick a ball into three posts that are divided based on place value. A player from another team calls out a number from 1-500 and they must kick the ball in the correct goal posts to get points.
Each group of two, will receive a set of beads of different colors and will attempt to separate them into fair and unfair groups. Fair groups are those that can be split between the two and unfair are ones that cannot.
Adults will provide players with 5 word-based problems based on a location they are in or can visit. The player who returns first with all the correct answers wins!
Each student will create fraction monsters which are made up of two different color squares. The student will then write down what fraction of their monster is of each of the two colors. The fraction monster that passes will move onto the next stage, which is voting based on creativity.
Players will attempt to act out the shape that is written on the shape cards they pick. Each learner that correctly guesses the shape gets one point and the player with the most points wins!
Each student will be given at least 5 food cut-outs to create a picnic basket. Students must cut their food items into fractions and at the end, all the fractions must add up to 3. The picnic basket that passes will move onto the next stage, which is voting based on creativity.
Players will attempt to answer the questions on 4 paper flips in turn. If the answer is incorrect, they place it in a separate pile and attempt them again after. The first player to answer all the questions correctly wins.
The teacher will shout out a time and students must use two sticks to place the correct time on their paper clocks (which they made). The student that finishes first must stand and they get a point.
Each team will be given 20 counters that are grouped into 2,3,4,5, and 6. Each team will be given a task or question and the first to complete it gets a point. The team with the most points win.
Resources Required: LowEach player will take a turn to throw 2 balls into cups with numbers inside them. The player then adds up the two numbers in their scoresheet and the one with the highest score wins!
Each player is given a scavenger hunt sheet that contains different values. Players must go around the house and find different objects that weigh or measure the same as the value on the sheet. The player that finishes first wins.
The adults will play music and the players will run around until a number is said. The players will quickly form groups of the number card picked out. Then players must shout out if they are odd or even. The last two standing are the winners.
Resources Required: LowPlayers will compete to finish their scavenger hunt sheet which contains different prompts. Each player will cut numbers from magazine sheets to fill in the prompts. The player that finishes first wins.
The players will hop across a path based on a coin (heads one space or tails two spaces). After 5 round, they will discuss whether they think it is better to be the heads player 1 or tails player 2.
Players will play the game battleship on a 1-100 grid. Each player will attempt to strike their opponent's battleships.
Resources Required: MediumEach pair will receive 15 cards and will divide it between them. Each player in the pair will call out their number and will ask if the other player has a number that fits his description ex: a number of 2 tens and 6 ones. The team that gets through all their cards first wins.
Cards are equally distributed between players and they will have to remove cards based on the rules the narrator says.
Use math operations to equate 4 numbers to 24. The player with the most points in the 7th round is the winner.
Resources Required: LowPlayers will use the numbers from a deck of cards to move on the car track. The player then adds the number they land on to their total. The players with the most points win.
Players must guide their blindfolded teammate (The Bot) to an object using clear directions. The player that reaches the object with the least number of mistakes wins.
Roll dice to practice multiplication between 2 numbers. The first player to cover all their numbers on the triangle tower wins!
Resources Required: HighPlayers will sit in a circle surrounding a card that is face down in the middle. Players will be given cards from a deck and will attempt to guess if the number they have is smaller or greater than the hidden number. Players that guess correctly, get a point.
Teammates are to organize themselves in ascending order based on the post-it note number assigned to them.
Resources Required: LowA teacher will provide the teams two lists with digital times on them. The teams are then required to build paper watches with the times on the list drawn on them and order themselves from the earliest time to the latest. The team that finishes first wins.
Players will take turns placing a card from a deck onto their sheet containing columns labeled (ones, tens, hundreds). Players will attempt to make the largest number based on the cards they get. The player with the highest number wins!
Resources Required: HighStudents will need to write down the times of 10 important events that happen throughout the day. The students will need to either fill in the time in digital time or analog depending on which is blank.
